Postage and handling charge — $19.95 (for modem delivery).
Per-minute calls are billed in one-second increments.
Number portability — only simple PSTN number port-in is allowed without additional charge. Complex port-in is chargeable depending on the scenario.
All services are prepaid. The customer must pay the monthly recurring charges in advance.
The early termination fee (ETF) for a 24-month term is up to $299 (incl. GST). The ETF is pro-rated by the number of months remaining in the minimum contract term period.
An installation charge of $330 applies to all 'Greenfields' (FTTP) nbn™ installations.
Standard installation does not include internal cabling/infrastructure or a technical support visit. If a technical support visit is required, the charges are $132 (incl. GST) callout charge plus $132 (incl. GST) hourly rate.
Excludes high-volume telemarketing.
