Upon signing up you'll receive a Welcome Pack containing helpful information and all of our customer care contact numbers. Your current provider will send you a final invoice (under their terms you may be eligible for a credit for payments made in advance). Melbourne Phone Company invoices on the 1st of the month, including the pro-rata period, which is explained in detail in the Welcome Pack.

No — as a Melbourne Phone Company customer, Telstra is not responsible for the service we provide to you. We manage all your invoices, services and accounts, so any issue is our concern and should be directed to Melbourne Phone Company Customer Care.
No. Your monthly bill will be a Melbourne Phone Company invoice. We are a wholesaler of Telstra — in other words we resell Telstra services, using their network to deliver our cost-effective plans to you.
