ADSL2 + IP VOICE BASIC & TOTAL BUNDLES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

| 1)Postage and handling charge – $19.95 (for modem delivery) |
| 2) Per minute billed in one second increments |
| 3) Number portability – only simple PSTN number port-in is allowed without additional charge. Complex port-in is chargeable depending on the scenarios. |
| 4) All services are prepaid. Customer must pay the monthly recurring charges in advance. |
| 5) ETF for a 24 month term is up to $299 (incl GST). The ETF will be pro-rated by the number of months remaining in the minimum contract term period. |
| 6) Standard installation does not include internal cabling/infrastructure and Technical Support visit. If Technical Support visit is required, the charges are; $132 (inc GST) Callout Charge plus $132 (inc GST) hourly rate. |
| 7) Excludes high volume telemarketing |
| 8) For BYO device, please only use the recommended modem and switches – please confirm with compatibility with a Customer Service team member. |
| 9) Mobile Bolt-on – 1 Mobile Bolt-on subsription for every 2 SIP Line is allowed but must be applied consistently within the same account |
